As a leader in Catholic men’s ministry, Dave has tirelessly devoted his life to
building up men for God. Dave aggressively battles the modern idea that
“cultural manliness” (money, power, stuff and sex) is what defines a man.
Dave has spoken to men ranging in age from 8 to 88 – his presentations are both
relevant and challenging for the listener. There’s no better or more
dynamic speaker for men’s groups today.
Dave also aggressively battles the difficult topic of pornography
addiction. As a recovering porn addict of 19 years, Dave knows
all-too-well the unyielding grip that mortal sin can have on a man. In a
real-life, practical way, Dave equips men with the tools, resources and how-to
plan to seek and obtain freedom from this addictive beast. With the help
of the Holy Spirit and grace from the Sacraments, other men can experience the
freedom that Dave now has. Whether your group is a men’s breakfast group,
a conference or retreat, a Knights of Columbus council, a Boy Scout troop or
something in between, Dave’s presentations will blow you away.

Dave is also available to design and implement a unique retreat specifically
for your group. Past retreats include: Confirmation, middle school, high
school, college and men’s retreats.
Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance and a minor
in Theology from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. Previously,
Dave was a missionary with FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students)
and Director of Catholic Campus Ministry at the United States Air Force
Academy. Currently, Dave is the Director of Programming for The King's
Men, a lay apostolate men's ministry based in the Archdiocese of
Philadelphia. He holds a Certification in Catholic Catechesis and
Evangelization as well as a Religious Education Catechist Certification
from the Archdiocese for the Military Services and is currently pursuing a
Master’s degree in Pastoral Theology from the Augustine Institute in Denver,
CO. Dave is the founder of TrueManhood.com, a Catholic men’s
ministry. Dave is married to Catherine... the couple has three children;
Lily, Emma and David Jr.
