Jon Leonetti
is a national speaker, co-founder of 'Souly Walking' and host of the Catholic
radio show, "Leonetti in the Evening".
Jon
is both a speaker and storyteller through which he conveys a message of lasting
fulfillment in Jesus Christ.
Originally
from Des Moines, IA, Jon gained national attention mid 2009 while walking from
California to New Jersey. Along the way he promoted prayer as a means of
turning away from the empty promises of lust, fame and greed to find life’s
true satisfaction in our calling from Christ.
From
prostitutes to preachers, homeless to successful businessmen, Jon opened his
ears to the many stories and prayers of those “walking” through life.
Whether it was his life changing conversation with a drug addict minutes before
Easter Sunday Mass, the Christ like example learned from a man who had weeks to
live or being given food from a homeless man, Jon's experiences will live
forever in his heart.
Jon has been
featured in national and local media, including EWTN, Ave Maria and Relevant
Radio, USCCB.org, Catholic News Agency, the National Catholic Register and Real
Catholic TV.
As a national Catholic speaker and
