"Making A Huge Impact"

Travels from: Los Angeles, CA

Lila Rose is taking the nation by storm by exposing the evils that happen behind close doors within Planned Parenthood.

She is quickly becoming a national figure for the Pro-Life movement and continues to make serious headway with rallying people around her message and causes.  At only 20 years old, Lila has achieved and accomplished many things for the Pro-Life movement.  She is a recipient of the Life Prizes, a prestigious award given to a select few Pro-Life leaders from around the globe.

Lila is a pro-life student activist at UCLA with a passion for investigating the abortion industry. Her work exposing malpractices at Planned Parenthood has gained national media attention and provided the pro-life movement with valuable new evidence to build a case against the pro-abortion lobby. She also works to use "new media" in order to educate and mobilize youth, and to spread a pro-life message to the next generation.

At fifteen, she founded Live Action, a youth-led organization that started in San Jose and has since expanded to include chapters at UCLA and Claremont McKenna College. Live Action San Jose has reached thousands of local youth in schools and churches with the multi-media presentation, "The Truth About Abortion," and both college chapters work to creatively engage their campus communities through forums, debates, and student activism.

During her freshman year at UCLA, Lila created the quarterly student magazine The Advocate, which approaches right to life issues from unconventional angles and publishes evocative student investigations. By integrating the magazine with Live Action Films, which releases short documentaries through independent media sources such as YouTube, Lila seeks to further her vision of developing promising new ways to spread a powerful pro-life message. She currently serves as Editor in Chief.

The inaugural issue of The Advocate featured an investigation on the UCLA Student Health Center, which Lila discovered was encouraging students to obtain abortions by posing as a pregnant student herself. The Advocate's second issue detailed the results of Lila's undercover investigation which found Planned Parenthood in willing violation of its legal obligation to report statutory rapists. The latest issue of The Advocate released an investigative project which recorded conversations of Planned Parenthood employees accepting donations earmarked to abort African American babies from a donor communicating an openly racist agenda.

Lila has appeared as a guest on The O’Reilly Factor, Hannity's America, and radio shows with CBS News' Dom Giordano, ABC News' Larry Elder, Talk Radio Network's Phil Hendrie, SIRIUS's Bob Dunning, KVI's Kirby Wilbur, KFI's John Ziegler and KRLA's Dennis Prager, and many more. Her investigative work has also been featured in numerous news reports, including HotAir with Michelle Malkin, Hannity and Colmes, RedEye, World Magazine, Salon Magazine Online, the Weekly Standard, The Washington Times, Human Events, National Review and Glenn McCoy's daily comic.

At twenty, Lila is currently a junior at UCLA, majoring in history. She competes on the nationally ranked UCLA Mock Trial Team and is an Alumni Scholarship recipient for leadership and community service. In her spare time, she enjoys poetry, writing, fitness, and spending time with friends and her seven siblings.
