Faust has interviewed several Fortune 500 CEO’s as well as many turn around CEOs on growth strategies for various articles and consulting work. In preparation for many of his engagements he has interviewed hundreds of the number one sales producers, top sales and marketing managers as well as thousands of customers to discern what fosters sales growth and what truly gets and keeps a customer.

He immediately qualified for the Professional Speaker designation in the National Speakers Association when he joined in 1994. His speaking fees usually range from $5,000 to $25,000 depending on the scope of the presentation and preparation.

Faust has worked with companies such as P&G, IBM, Monsanto, Apple, Syngenta, Bayer as well as smaller closely held organizations, government agencies and even non profits. He has been an adjunct VP of Sales, advisor on company boards and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cincinnati.

His company Echelon Management works both with successful growing companies who know that they can raise the bar as well as struggling companies and turnarounds.

When working with struggling companies who are in need of significant growth improvements and management realignment, Echelon can assemble turnaround teams that can include operation executives as well as new or adjunct marketing and sales leadership.

Faust is sometimes referred to "Doctor Faust" because twice the midwife was late and his wife was early and alone they delivered two of their five children.
