"CHARISMATA, Coaching For Abundant Life"

“ If what you believe doesn’t make a difference, than it doesn’t make a difference what you believe!”

That’s the motto that Anne Costa lives by and reflects as she goes about fulfilling her roles as a devoted wife and mother, author and motivational speaker and the founder of Veronica Ministries, a lay apostolate to encourage and affirm Catholics, especially women, in their faith walk.  She is also the author of  Refresh Me, Lord!: Meditations to Renew A Woman’s Heart, published by Word Among Us Press, (June, 2008); a true labor of love that took her over 12 years to complete.


Ms. Costa joyfully joins CMG Booking as she launches CHARISMATA Coaching for Abundant Life… the “speaking” part of the apostolate.  She has inspired hundreds of current, used-to-be, soon-to-be or yet to be Catholics to more fully embrace and express the fullness of the Truth. To that end, she is also a member of the Pope John Paul II Society of Evangelists. Anne has been speaking to groups as a trainer, teacher, and inspirational speaker and pro-lifer for more than 20 years and is currently a volunteer with Friends for Life, Inc., a non-sectarian organization that promotes life through education.

When not writing or speaking, Anne is the development director for a non-profit agency that serves people with vision and hearing loss. She holds a Master’s of Social Work from Syracuse University and is a licensed master social worker with over 25 years in the field of human services. She is the wife of Michael and mother of Mary Grace, and most especially, she is a daughter of God.

Anne’s Catholic faith is the foundation of her life today but it wasn’t always the case.  Although born into the church and raised Catholic, she took a few turns away from the beloved faith of her childhood. After years of “searching”  (for what she already had but didn’t know it) she landed in a new age “church” where she became involved in occult practices. During that time, she was also battling an addiction and wrestling with other consequences of living outside of God’s grace.

Nevertheless, the river of God’s mercy flowed in her direction, swept her up and  carried her back to the Church in 1995. The long hard road of reconciliation was paved with golden lessons from the Lord that she values today and uses to teach and show others of God’s abundant mercy and love.

The overarching mission of Veronica Ministries and CHARISMATA Coaching is to call forth a Catholic Cultural Renaissance and to ignite souls for God.  Anne’s work is the fruit of her own personal commitment to Jesus and Mary to bring hope and light into the world and to express her greatest joy… that is to share Jesus and the Church he founded with others and to offer encouragement for those who seek a life in Him because it’s never too late to become who you could have been!
