He is also the Program Director for Portuguese-speaking countries for Human Life International (HLI); multi-lingual Apologist for the U.S.-based Saint Gabriel Communications International, Inc.; Coordinator of ‘Pro-Life Without Frontiers’; Chairman of the international ‘Walsingham Project’ for the Conversion of England and EWTN program host.
